Latvian Mittens/ Votta fra Latvia

I bought this book in Ballard, Seattle, at the Nordic Heritage Museum. The mittens are gorgeous and I decided to give them a try. My mother in law had her birthday when we were abroad and I wanted to give her a pair of mittens for a birthday present. She chose the pattern. Now it look more likely to be a Christmas present.

Endelig nokka nytt/ Finally some FOs

Some FOs at last. The stiches in the scarf look greate, - on both sides actually. here is where I found the scarf and the pattern. At least this is her blog, you probably have to look far back :)

No ska æ prøve å skrive teksten først, deretter sette inn bildan. Streve veldig med redigering og lay-out. Æ har samla de siste ferdigstilte produktan; det varierer fra festing av tråda på vottan, hekling av hempe på klutan og strikking av de siste omgangan på skjerfet. Garnet e endelig brukt opp og skjerfet e nok mer enn langt nok.
